Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026

Orvison ("we") operates orvison.com. This page explains what data is processed when you visit the site, why, and the choices you have. The short version: no advertising trackers, no sale of data, and we only process what you actively send us.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the details you provide (name, email address, and your message) are sent to our own automation server and delivered to our email inbox. We use this information solely to respond to your request. It is not added to mailing lists or shared with third parties for marketing.

Meeting booking

If you choose a meeting time in the contact form, we check our calendar for availability and, when the slot is free, create a calendar event that includes your name and email address so that Google Calendar can send you an invitation. Google processes this data as described in the Google privacy policy.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It collects aggregated page-view information and does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking, and does not store personal identifiers. If you decline consent on the banner, the analytics script is not loaded at all.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We store two small values in your browser's local storage:

Both stay on your device and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may process technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and delivery purposes. See the Vercel privacy policy for details.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you (in practice: the emails you have sent us). Contact us through the form on the homepage and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If our data practices change — for example, if we add new tools — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised.
